Ervin E. Brunn, age 88 of Oshkosh, passed away April 30, 2008 with his family by his side. He was born in Fox Lake, WI, on December 14, 1919 the oldest son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Galow Brunn. Ervin married Germaine Hildebrandt on September 4, 1954. In his earlier years, he was a farmer and later was employed by Badger Lumber until 1982, and was a charter member of Calvary Lutheran Church. Ervin is survived by his wife Germaine, one daughter, Sherry Brunn, one sister-in-law, Arla Brunn, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Wilferd and Oliver Brunn, four sisters, Mildred Buss, Eleanor Braemer, Ruth Brunn, infant sister LaVerne, two brothers-in-law, Erwin Buss, Obed Braemer, and one sister-in-law, Margaret Brunn. A Funeral Service for Ervin will be held on Monday May 5, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church with Pastor Tim Routh officiating. Family and friends may gather at the church on Monday from 11:00 a.m. until time of services. Interment will be in Ellenwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established.
